Morning Coffee with Principal Jackson -

SchoolReach - SchoolReach is our replacement for Instant Alert. You should receive a handou the first week of school. If you have any questions, or help with this please call Carin Shadwick in the office at Ext. 304.

Report absences online - Send your e-mail to absentee@ststephencatholic.org and please "CC" your teacher as well so that you can ask for homework assignments etc.

Jean Day Policy - Students may wear the following: Blue denim in long jeans, capris, or shorts (no shorter than our school uniform shorts and no cut-offs or ripped jeans.  Top: P.E. Mustang t-shirts or any St. Stephen Catholic School Week T-shirt.  Students may also choose to wear their full P.E. Uniform.  Normal jewelry regulation still applies.

Rainy Day Dismissal - We will put our the large red flag by our Marquee indicating rainy day dismissals.  On these dismissal days you may park the car and come in anytime after 3:00pm.

Scrip Inventory - Hours to order scrip inventory at school are   Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am - 3:30 pm.

Yearbook - yearbooks are currently on sale.  Order online jostens.com

            Volunteer Requirements Mandated by the Diocese 

The Diocese mandates that all persons who have contact with children in our school in any capacity must attend mandatory Safe Environment Training and have a Level II background screening including fingerprinting.  If you are previously fingerprinted for any other job etc. you must still be fingerprinted by the diocese.
 
Background Check/Fingerprinting
 
Parishes in the Tampa area are accepting appointments for fingerprinting at this time.   Adults wishing to volunteer in any capacity at our school are required to be fingerprinted as well as attend Safe Environment Training.
Registration must be made on line at; diocese.sofn.net  
 
 Safe Environment Training
